By using UmeGo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using UmeGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use UmeGo. The Nikah (matrimony) feature requires users to be at least 18 years old.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must not share your account credentials with others.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on UmeGo. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store your content within the service.

You must not post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Contains hate speech or promotes violence
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit sexual content involving minors
• Is spam or misleading
• Violates another person's privacy

5. Community Guidelines

UmeGo is a community built on respect. Users who violate our community standards may have their content removed or accounts suspended.

6. Content Moderation & Prohibited Content

UmeGo uses automated AI-based moderation to keep the platform safe. All uploaded images are scanned for explicit content, and text is filtered for prohibited language. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Child exploitation or abuse material (reported to law enforcement)
• Hate speech, racism, or discrimination
• Threats of violence or self-harm
• Harassment, bullying, or stalking
• Illegal drug solicitation
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
• Impersonation of other individuals

Consequences:

• Explicit/nude content: Immediate permanent ban. No warnings.
• Child exploitation: Immediate ban and report to law enforcement authorities.
• Other violations: Strike system — 3 strikes result in permanent ban.

All moderation actions are logged permanently. Banned users may not create new accounts.

7. Messaging and Calls

Messages are scanned by automated systems for prohibited content before delivery. Voice and video calls are peer-to-peer encrypted and are not monitored or recorded. Users can report inappropriate messages, which may be reviewed.

8. Nikah (Matrimony) Feature

The matrimony feature is designed for sincere relationship-seeking. Users must not use it for harassment, catfishing, or fraudulent purposes. False profiles will be removed.

9. Intellectual Property

UmeGo, its logo, design, and technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Automated moderation may result in immediate account suspension. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings (Profile > Settings > Delete Account).

11. Disclaimer

UmeGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users. While we employ automated moderation, no system is perfect and some prohibited content may temporarily appear before removal.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UmeGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of UmeGo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
