How do I delete my account and data?

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open UmeGo app
  2. Go to Profile (top of feed screen)
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion

What gets deleted:

Timeline: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement.

Can't access the app? Email [email protected] with your account email to request deletion.

How do I report a user?

Tap the user's profile > tap the menu icon (three dots) > select "Report". Our team will review the report.

Why can't I make video calls?

Ensure you've granted camera and microphone permissions. Go to your phone's Settings > UmeGo > enable Camera and Microphone.

How do I create a Nikah profile?

Go to the Nikah tab > tap "Create Profile" and fill in your details. Your profile will be visible to other matrimony users.
